12 Week Confidence Boosting Program
Ladies you are not stuck where you are, you just might need a little help and support to get to where you want to go!
In my 12- week Confidence Boosting Program we will cover the THREE MOST IMPORTANT PILLARS to Building Confidence, but within each pillar it is a customized plan to fit your needs, your time, and your goals because all women are different! This is an action-focused program because Confidence Building does not happen without taking ACTION and you showing up fully committed to working on yourself!
Pillar #1
MINDSET MANAGEMENT:
You will learn how to take control of your thoughts so
that FEAR can no longer have a hold on you!
o Together we will tackle the thoughts and stories that have been
keeping you stuck!
o We will re-write those thoughts to new empowering thoughts
o You will learn how to change your language to words that empower
you and make you feel more positive and confident
o Gain Tools to help you get clarity on your thoughts and the things
that are most important to you
Pillar #2
SELF LOVE / SELF CARE:
You will learn many ways to start loving, caring, and
accepting yourself so that you can have a MUCH happier life doing the things you love and spending time with the people you love!
o You will learn how to follow through with SETTING BOUNDARIES
and getting clear on what is important to you
o Explore a form of EXERCISE and find one that you love
o Gain Tools to CALM ANXIETY and FEAR
Pillar #3
GOAL SETTING:
Together we will create goals that are important to you that are
specific, measurable, and timeline focused. When you take ACTION, this is where the confidence building happens! You will learn to step out and take imperfect
action with me by your side and I will lovingly hold you accountable to becoming
the confident women I already KNOW you ARE!
o When achieving goals, you will gain a NEW BELIEF in YOURSELF
that you can achieve whatever you set your mind to when you take
action steps!
o When working on goals you will GAIN NEW CONFIDENCE in your
ability to work through challenges that come your way!
o You will have greater HAPPINESS, PEACE, and JOY in your life
because you will be MORE CONFIDENT!
Here are the details of how it works!
– 12 Weekly One-Hour 1:1 Customized Private Coaching Sessions
– 12 Weekly Follow up Supports: In ADDITION to the weekly coaching sessions, I will provide one ADDITIONAL follow up support (via email) after each coaching session to help you work through any challenges that come up, so that you can continue moving forward and becoming the CONFIDENT WOMAN that I already know you ARE!
There is no need to struggle when I am right there to help you achieve your goals and help you work through the hard stuff. I am fully committed to supporting you!
